TRAFFIC JAM --- If the driver of this vehicle meant to travel uninhibited into the yard at Fulton Court on Irving Street around 11.00 o'clock Thursday night, he chose the wrong route. The vehicle managed to break through part of the concrete fence, all right. But it encountered a traffic jam just there and had to stop, no green light appearing to signal the driver on. To his chagrin and to the consternation of Fulton Court guests and passers-by, it was another grim reminder of how costly, damaging and traumatic road accidents could be. (Winston Oudkerk photo)
